Peterborough Homes is a scheme which allows you to apply for a home of your choice, instead of waiting for an offer to be made to you.

The benefits of the scheme are:

  • more control over where you live
  • apply for up to 3 properties in each edition
  • new properties posted each week
  • bid for a property online, by text, in person, by email, by telephone

Where there is more than one applicant for an advertised home, the property will be allocated to the applicant with the highest priority.
